So we got some really good news late Sunday night. We found an awesome deal on a house and we put in an offer. Mind you my fiance and I were really down because we lost one house we wanted. Which really hit hard because we are getting married December 21 and we would really like to have a house by then and time is running out. So we put in an offer that we were not completely sure they would take or want but they took it.

So now we have a place to live and we are both really excited can not wait for settlement and we can get into it. We have the inspection this week keeping my fingers crossed all goes well. So Yay!!!!!
